Anthony J. Manley Rook
Anthony Manley-Rook serves as the Administrative Director of IFS. He brings over 20 years of experience in treating children and adults. Mr. Manley-Rook received a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice, a Bachelor of Social Work degree and a Master of Social Work degree from East Carolina University. Mr. Manley-Rook is a certified sex offender treatment specialist and a mental health/substance abuse trainer for local stakeholders in the community.
Natasha C. Holley

Natasha Holley is a licensed clinical social worker and addictions specialist who serves as the Clinical Director within our organization. She has over 12 years of experience in treating children and adults. Mrs. Holley received a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work from Elizabeth City State University and a Master of Social Work degree from East Carolina University. Mrs. Holley is a certified sex offender treatment specialist and a forensic evaluator. Mrs. Holley is a mental health/substance abuse trainer for local stakeholders in the community and is a member of the National Association of Social Workers, the National Association of Addiction Professionals, and the National Association of Forensic Counselors. Mrs. Holley was the recipient of the 40 under 40 award for East Carolina University in 2017 and the 40 under 40 award for Elizabeth City State University in 2018.
Dr. Kim A. Reynolds
Dr. Reynolds is a native of Eastern North Carolina and has practiced Adult, Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in the Eastern North Carolina area for over 10 years. She completed medical school at the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University in 1998. She completed an internship in Internal Medicine and Psychiatry at Pitt County Memorial Hospital in 1999. Her general psychiatry residency was completed in 2001 also at Pitt County Memorial Hospital. Dr. Reynolds completed her child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at Pitt County Memorial Hospital in 2003. Dr. Reynolds is currently a selected provider in the ECBH and Eastpointe cachement areas.

Mona Townes
Mona Townes is a dually Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Addictions Specialist. For almost two decades, she has worked with individuals, families, and communities in eastern NC to enhance the crisis continuum systems. She previously served as the Director of Crisis Services for 11 years and currently serves as the Director of Crisis Supervision and Training at IFS. Mona is a double graduate, both Bachelor and Master of Social Work degrees from East Carolina University (ECU). She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and previously served on the Board of Directors for NASW-NC. She serves on local Intensive Child Fatality Review Teams as a Prevention Specialist. She is certified by the National Council on Mental Wellbeing as a facilitator for Youth and Adult Mental Health First Aid (MHFA). She is the 2015 recipient of the ECU School of Social Work Rising Star Alumni award and the 2017 recipient of the 40 Under 40 Leadership Award through ECU Division of Student Affairs.
Roxanne Banks O’Kelley
Roxanne Banks O’Kelley is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist and a Certified Clinical Supervisor. She received her Bachelors of Social Work from East Carolina University in 2008 and went on to receive her Masters of Social Work from East Carolina University in 2011. Roxanne Started at Integrated Family Services as an ECU intern over 10 years ago and is currently the Director of Outpatient Services.
Sarah Taylor

Sarah Taylor is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist and Certified Clinical Supervisor who serves as Executive Director of Behavioral Health. She has experience working with children and adolescents with mental health and substance abuse diagnoses in in-home and residential settings. She also has experience working in crisis prevention, intervention and consultation. She received her Bachelors of Science degree in Rehabilitation Studies with a minor in Alcohol and Drug Studies in 2010 and a Master’s of Social Work degree in 2014 from East Carolina University.
Shontel Spruil
Shontel Spruill is a licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate. She received her Bachelors of Social Work degree from Elizabeth City State University in 2005. Shontel obtained her Master’s of Social Work in 2017 from Edinboro University in Edinboro, Pennsylvania. She has experience working with children, adolescents and adults with Mental Health and Substance Abuse concerns. She serves as an Outpatient therapist in the Open Access Clinic in Greenville NC. Shontel also serves as an Qualified Professional for Day Treatment Services .
Christina Danielle Dixon

Christina Danielle Dixon is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Christina graduated and received her BS in Criminal Justice from North Carolina Central University in 1999 and went on to graduate and receive her MA in Counselor Education (Agency Counseling ) from North Carolina Central University in 2003. Christina has over 16yrs of experience in helping people of diverse backgrounds to include adults, adolescents, and children improve their mental health. She believes strongly in meeting individuals where they are in order to help them achieve their desired goals.
She currently serves as a contract outpatient therapist in Greenville Office.
Angela Harris

Angela Harris is a licensed Clinical Social Worker and Addictions specialist who works in the Community Based arena and does Diagnostic Assessments. She has over 17 years of experience in working with children, adults and families. Ms. Harris received a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work and a Master of Social Work degree from East Carolina University. She is a member of the Eastern North Carolina Regional Association of Black Social Workers and has published with other colleagues, a journal on Spice and Bath Salt Addiction. She is passionate about working with people and has embraced the task of assisting others in creating a comfortable and functional environment for everyone to enjoy.
KaToya G. Jordan

KaToya is a dual/provisional Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist. She completed her graduate studies at East Carolina University where she obtained a Master’s Degree in Social Work and a Graduate Certificate in Substance Abuse. KaToya has over eight years of experience supporting individuals with mental health, substance use, and developmental disabilities. KaToya primarily serves as a School-Based Therapist supporting students who attend Gates County Public Schools and when not in the school setting, she is serving individuals and families at IFS-Jackson outpatient clinic. KaToya enjoys providing therapy and utilizes a blend of therapeutic modalities to include but not limited to risk assessments, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), psychoeducation, and relaxation. KaToya truly believes in “meeting people where they are” and uses a person-centered approach to help guide her practice.

Sherri is also registered in NC as an clinician providing Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Sherri received her Bachelor of Social Work Degree in 2017 and her Master of Social Work Degree in 2018 from East Carolina University. Dayna L. Farrington

Dayna Farrington is a dually Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Addiction Specialist, and Certified Clinical Supervisor who services as the Mobile Crisis Consulting Licensed Professional. She also provides supervision for members of the organization as she has a passion for education after working as a teacher for over 10 years. After earning her Batchelor of Arts in Political Science and teaching certification from East Carolina University, she returned to earn her Masters in Social Work. Dayna is dedicated to a relational and holistic approach to community wellness, and is trained in Triple P, Seven Challenges, and Advance Care Planning and is a member of the Greenville Psychoanalytic Study Group. Dayna has experience working with individuals with co-occurring disorders especially within a crisis setting, youth, families, and adults. She believes recovery is possible and that there are multiple pathways to get there!
Alycia Taft-Howard

Alycia Taft-Howard is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate. She received both her Bachelor’s in Psychology (2017) and Master’s in Social Work (2021) degrees from East Carolina University. She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and has experience working with children and families in academic and mental health settings. She currently serves as the IAFT Therapist in our Foster Care department.

Catrina received her Master’s in Social Work and Graduate Certificate in Gerontology from East Carolina University in 2020. She received Bachelors in Social work from East Carolina University in 2017. Catrina practices many different models and theories. Some of these models are but not limited to: Cognitive Processing Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Strengths Based Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy when necessary. She is currently serving as a School Based Therapist in Edgecombe County. Catrina understands that every individual is different, and their treatment and services should be adapted to fit their specific needs and abilities.
